Q: Does Precious Designs deal with customs?
A:
For orders shipped outside of the U.S. and Canada, you should consult the customs legislations of your country. We do not take responsibility for duty fees, brokerage fees and shipment delays due to customs, if any.

Q: What forms of payment can I use?
A:
We accept payments by Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We use PayPal as a payment platform.

Q: Can I return an item I have purchased?
A:
Precious Designs accepts full returns on all items. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please return using FedEx or UPS. For US costumers please state "return of Canadian merchandise" on Customs form.

Q: Can I change something on my order?
A:
If you need to change or cancel your order please contact us immediately. Please email customer care at info@preciousdesigns.ca.

Q: How long will it take to process my return?
A:
Once we receive your return, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. We will send an email confirming your refund.

Q: When will my order ship?
A:
Most orders are shipped within 5 business days of purchase. We will notify you via email that your order has been shipped.

Q: How do I know if my item will fit?
A:
We want your clothing to fit you perfectly. All of our fabric has a stretch to ensure a flattering fit. Please feel free to contact us at info@preciousdesigns.caif you have specific questions or requests. We are happy to make any item tailored to your wants and needs.
