Return and Exchange Policy

• All returns must be received within 30 days of purchase.
• Returns are processed within 5-7 days of returned item.
• Refunds issued in original payment method or store credit.

How to make a return

1. Email us at info@preciousdesigns.ca and we'll send you a return label to print. Please specify your reason for returning or exchanging your item.
2. Affix label to your package and use UPS or FedEx depending on how the item was shipped to you.
